Happy Friday! A real fun installment for you going into the weekend :)
FYI, I've restocked my Etsy shop with Crooked Mile back issues, and also opened up the Ninecrow hardcover preorders to international buyers. Check it out here!

When Amanda finally woke up from her mom’s ‘special’ coffee, she went looking for Cary. Cary’s dad also said that Cary was “on vacation”. Vacations seem to have a VERY different interpretation in Black Valley. 😟

I suspect that these “vacations” are the equivalent of the weekends away in the Stepford Wives that Dora mentioned a few days ago.

Oh my gosh, I actually forgot about that bit from the movie! An unconscious inspiration, but I’m sure it was there 🙂

Oop, you made an itty bitty mistake in the 5th panel. Added an extra ‘she’ by accident– “*I’ll* tell her if she she should be afraid or not.”

Thank you so much! Trying to catch all this stuff before printing, so this is a huge help. That’s the drawback to hand-lettering–no helpful squiggly lines to catch errors like that 🙂
