True … but Dora does a great job of keeping us guessing, doesn’t she? BTW … Cary seems a little “too” accepting of Sara and her baby. Can Amanda still rely on him? 😟
if it even is Cary – since when is he wearing sunglasses, and where is his hat/cap thingy? lets also not forget how utterly spooked his little sister was, odds are she saw something freaky….and not just him leaving the house to take a stroll through the neighborhood!
Yes, had it in mind from the beginning 🙂 Not that I’m saying that’s the one TRUE answer to what makes Black Valley a bad place…I think it’s just one superstition that helps some of the locals make sense of things…
After Amanda's parents divorce, Amanda and her mom relocate to a new town. Amanda's trying to be cooperative about the move, but her mom won't explain why they're there, or even how she heard of the place. As Amanda explores the town and begins to unravel a decades-old disappearance--or more than one--she starts to fear she's in danger too. But as her mom's behavior grows ever more detached and bizarre, will Amanda be able to escape the town's strange pull?
Updates Mondays and Fridays.

OK, I was wrong. Dora _did_ decide which interpretation of Nine Crows is the correct one.

… her hair has been relaxed, and she’s in pastel florals … Stepford, indeed. I miss her natural curls.
